Johnstone's Trade Perfect Matt paint is an innovative, water-based paint formulated to provide a flawless flat matt finish on interior walls and ceilings. Thanks to its Smooth Layer technology, you can create a perfect finish stress free, leaving no visible application marks even under critical lighting and all this in no time, as it dries in less than 2 hours and can be recoated as fast as 2 hours. Perfect Matt allows for easy spot repair too.

Recommended Use	All types of interior walls and ceilings both bare and previously painted including plaster, plasterboard, concrete, ceiling tiles, wallcoverings etc. Ideal where the surface and site conditions, with critical lighting could combine to be a potential issue.

Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.

Remove any loose or flaking material
Rub down previously glossed painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly
Prime bare surfaces with the appropriate Johnstone’s Trade primer

Application

Always test a small area of the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results

Stir thoroughly before use to ensure the paint is completely mixed
Johnstone's Trade Perfect Matt is easy to apply by brush or roller - Also suitable for application by sprayer
Seal absorbent surfaces with a coat of Johnstone’s Trade Perfect Matt thinned up to 5-10% with clean water
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying
